  Definitely worth 5*, after a bad experience with the dealer for a repair we looked for a local service center and after reading reviews we decided to book our first service, our first caravan and our pride and joy. Highly recommend, they were extremely busy as approaching Bank holiday we had no problem with waiting and our van was in a safe place, the service was excellent and thorough, a few problems ( yes I lost sleep worrying) everything was explained to us and told not to worry, we were kept informed, amazing price and detailed report, we even have a loyalty card for discount on service 3, staff extremely helpful, polite and professional.   We were in need of the bumper fixing on our motorhome as well as the hinge to the garage door. I cannot fault the service we received nor the first class craftsmanship. Nothing was too much for Andy and his team and we ended up having additional jobs done. I have complete trust and faith in this company and I would not hesitate to recommend them.   Had a leak on my motorhome sunroof, contacted these guys who told me to take it to them , took the motorhome up they looked at it and said we will be in touch with an estimate for repair asap. I arrived back home about 1 and half hours later only to find the estimate waiting for me in my inbox. Tried to phone up but they were closed phoned next day and spoke to Robyn,  boy what a polite and very very helpful lady she is booked the van in and what a brilliant experience it was dealing with Robyn and her team, they have done a fantastic job and I would advice any one looking for repairs to be done to contact these guys.  I mean they even smiled when they were taking my money off me for the repairs, only joking Robyn thank you for every thing you did for me it was a good price for the work you have done.
